Depending on where you live, the duration varies from 3 hours (Singapore) to 10 days (other countries).
Getting the parcel ready for shipment usually takes around a few hours due to our busy schedule and the bulkiness of our products.
Shipping to your area might take another 2 to 6 days.
Because we are based in Singapore, countries in SEA would receive their parcel faster than European countries. To track your package, either call us or simply drop us an e-mail. You'll be requested to share your tracking ID for us to help locate your parcel.
Is shipping free?
We are glad to inform you that, yes! We do indeed provide free shipping worldwide. Jack Of All Trades takes great pride in this feature.
Can I cancel my order?
Of course. Just go to "your orders" and cancel the items you would like to cancel. However, please do this before your product is shipped, for it would be troublesome for both parties since you would have paid for the product and the products sold here aren't particularly small.

How do I know that my order has been received?
After payment, a pop-up saying "Transaction successful" will appear. This means that your order has been placed.
